The Bollywood ace actor Hrithik Roshan joined the micro-blogging website twitter.com as ‘iHrithik’ and he urged his fans in his maiden tweet to go and watch the latest big heat ‘My name is Khan’. The actual tweet was, “Spread humanity with a vengeance, go watch My Name Is Khan…and for the record, my name is Hrithik Roshan”. Bollywood actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Karan Johar and Genelia D’Souza responded immediately to his tweet.
Karan Johar responded saying that Hrithik is his close friend and a fine actor and extended a warm welcome into the social network. Abhishek Bachchan welcomed Hrithik into the chaos of the social networking and Genelia D’Souza welcomed him saying, “Twitterverse”.
