Born in family of cinema personalities, his father, Rakesh Roshan is a film director while his mother, Pinky, is the daughter of producer and director J. Om Prakash. His uncle Rajesh Roshan is a famous music director. Affectionately called as Duggu, Roshan attended the Bombay Scottish School and later attended Sydenham College, where he did his Bachelors in Commerce. This 5’10” handsome hunk is an excellent dancer and often referred to as the Indian Sylvester Stallone, Brad Pitt and Michael Jackson rolled into one person.
