After a slight setback after his huge first success Hrithik made a comeback in 2003 with Koi… Mil Gaya. Apart from being the highest grosser of the year it also made him win him many awards, including his second Film fare Best Actor Award and his first Film fare Best Actor (Critics) Award. His next release Lakshya got him praises from critics though the film didn’t do well at the box office. His next major box office success and the second highest grosser of 2006 was Krrish. His performance as a superhero was immensely praised, earning him many Best Actor awards at various award ceremonies. His further ventures, Dhoom 2 and Jodha Akbar kept getting him touch the sky of success and he received his third and fourth Film fare Best Actor Award respectively. For Jodha Akbar he also earned first international award for Best Actor at the Golden Minbar International Film Festival in Kazan, Russia. His most awaited film of this year is Kites which also features the most talked Mexican actress Bárbara Mori.
