Kites has been postponed again. The Hrithik-Kangana-Barbara Mori starrer was scheduled to be released in January, 2010. But as per official reports now its release has been postponed indefinitely. It seems that the Roshans don’t want to take any risk with the movie ‘Kites.’ It is enjoying good hype and publicity from the very first day of shooting for all wrong and right reasons including rifts in the Roshans, Hrithik-Barbara scenes and closeness and the likes.

Rakesh Roshan has approached Brett Ratner to work on the English version of the Kites and shape it for the international release. It should be mentioned here that Brett was the man behind the Rush Hour series and X-man: The Last Stand. Kites will see a mega international and national release. It has been shot in Los Angels, Mexico, Las Vegas and Mumbai. The movie has been touted as “a love story with precious moments and unexpected betrayal crossing barriers, boundaries and cultures.”
