Hrithik Roshan can’t dance, saala! Why? Nicely, Agneepath has in fact no scope for Hrithik Roshan to show his dancing skills. Producer Karan Johar explains why it wasn’t doable for Hrithik Roshan to gyrate like Katrina Kaif or Priyanka Chopra within the film.

Although his character of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan is completely diverse from Agneepath’s earlier protagonist played by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, the two.0 version of ‘Agneepath’ can’t have Hrithik Roshan dancing.

Karan Johar, although talking about Hrithik Roshan in ‘Agneepath’, says, “Not at all! Our character of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan cannot just begin dancing! It’s completely against the character.”

Johar also jokes that his director Karan Malhotra may well have killed him if he had even suggested a dance number on Hrithik Roshan. But Karan Johar funnily reveals how he nevertheless tried to influence the director by dropping hints like ‘who naach kyu nahi sakta?’, ‘usse kuch toh karao gaane mein!’

Hrithik Roshan plays a very intense character in the film and his strength is silence. Using the second theatrical promo of ‘Agneepath’ coming with Don 2, Karan Johar says that the audience will likely be in a position to see much more of his character’s intensity and emotional anger. The makers have intentionally kept it slow and are performing it in stages. So, by the end of it when the masses get to see the film, they are going to be ready for the character Hrithik Roshan is playing.

Nevertheless, we know it’s tough for Hrithik Roshan’s fans to not see him dancing. – Hrithik Roshan.
